Robyn Voigt

Robyn Voigt serves as our Director of Pastoral Communications. She is a native of Laredo, TX but has spent most of her adult life in Jacksonville, FL where she has been a part of our ministry team since June of 1999. In her current capacity as the Director of Pastoral Communications at Orange Park Methodist Church. She handles all communications and publications for the Senior Pastor and Director of Congregational Care, schedules all facilities and events for the church, serves as the liaison for the Director of Culinary Services and all food related events, and is responsible for all church wide publications including such items as the weekly bulletin, the monthly newsletter and the annual stewardship materials.

As a child, Robyn grew up attending church with her grandfather. He was very influential in her life and an incredible example of a Christian man. She and her husband Harold have a wonderful family, with daughters Audrey and Jessica, son Matthew and two grandchildren, Camryn and Jackson. Robyn wanted to raise her children in the church and started attending when Audrey was born. After teaching in the local schools for several years, she began working as a Children’s Ministry Assistant at a Methodist Church in Lawrenceville, GA. When she moved to Orange Park, she felt God was calling her to focus on working in the church and found an opening here at Orange Park Methodist Church.

Robyn joined the ministry team in 1999 as the Director of Christian Education. She transitioned to her new role as Director of Pastoral Communications in May of 2016. For many who come to the church, she is the face of Orange Park Methodist Church. Her winsome personality, and positive and helpful spirit make a wonderful first impression for our newest members and visitors.

Robyn enjoys spending time outside, walking, hiking and biking. Her favorite part of Orange Park Methodist Church is the worship and fellowship she experiences with all of the wonderful people she meets here.
